Payment and activation

1How do I install/activate the Free Night Eye WP Plugin?
  1. Go to wordpress.org, find Night Eye - Dark Mode Plugin, and click download. Alternatively, you can go to your WP admin dashboard, navigate to Plugins and click Add new. Afterward, find Night Eye and install it.
  2. Activate dark mode by navigating to the Night Eye icon in the WP admin dashboard. Under Configuration, select the status to Active.
  3. Choose to remain with the Free version, Purchase Pro, or go Pro for free. (optional)
  4. Customize the dark toggle position for both desktop and mobile from the configuration menu.
  5. Click save changes and go to the home page of your website. Click on the dark mode button (a moon icon) and turn dark mode on.
2Do I need to create an account?
You do not need to create an account if you're using Night Eye Free. If you want to buy Pro or get Pro for free, you will need to create an account here .
3How can I pay?

4How to install Night Eye Pro
1. You need to create an account here and add the domain for which you are about to install Night Eye Pro.

1How do I show/hide the dark mode toggle?
Go to your Admin Dashboard → click the Night Eye icon in the sidebar → from the configuration menu adjust the status to Active or Disabled.
2How do I change the position of the toggle in the desktop/mobile version?
Go to your Admin Dashboard → click the Night Eye icon in the sidebar → from the configuration menu adjust the desktop/mobile position to your preference.
3How can I choose a dark theme?
Selecting a theme is a feature only available for Pro users. If you have Night Eye Pro, go to your Admin Dashboard → click the Night Eye Pro icon in the sidebar → from the configuration menu, click the dropdown menu next to Dark theme and select from Pitch dark, Normal dark, Day dark.
4How do I adjust the color scheme?
Adjusting the color scheme is a feature only available for Pro users. If you have Night Eye Pro, go to your Admin Dashboard → click the Night Eye Pro icon in the sidebar → from the color adjustment menu you will see the options to change the background colors and foreground colors. Choose your color schemes and click 'Save changes'.
5How do I schedule dark mode?
Selecting a theme is a feature only available for Pro users. If you have Night Eye Pro, go to your Admin Dashboard → click the Night Eye Pro icon in the sidebar → from the configuration menu, right next to Behaviour, select the 'Activate base on timer' box. Then input the hours you want dark mode to be active on your site. If you want, you can also hide the dark mode option outside of the selected hours. To do so, select the Hiding button from website in outside selected interval box.
