What is the fastest way to contact Night Eye support?

What should I do if Night Eye is not working on a website?
Refresh the page and confirm that Night Eye is set to Dark Mode for that website. If the problem continues, report the page URL, your browser, Night Eye version, the result you expected and a screenshot when available.
Can I report a website that does not display correctly?
Yes. Send the affected URL and explain which elements remain bright, become difficult to read or behave unexpectedly. The Night Eye team can investigate whether website-specific support can be improved.
Where can I manage my Night Eye subscription?
Sign in to the Night Eye Client Area to manage your plan and account. If you cannot access the account or a payment is not displayed correctly, submit a support request with the email address associated with your Night Eye account. Do not include your password or full payment-card information.
